1.   What is The 1 Loyalty Program?

The 1 is a loyalty program by Central Retail Vietnam, offering members the opportunity to earn points and enjoy exclusive benefits when shopping at GO!, go! and Tops Market.

2.   What are the benefits of being a member?
Members enjoy earning points on purchases, redeeming points for variety rewards, exclusive promotions, special sales, personalized offers and more.

3.   How do I become The 1 member?
Joining is easy and free. You can sign up online via our GO! mobile application or via QR registration. Register in-store at customer service counter or inform your mobile number and verify OTP at cashier.

4.   What documents do I need for The 1 member registration?
You only need a verified mobile phone number for registration and start earning points.  However, you will need to provide mandatory information such as Name, Surname, Date of birth, Address; to be able to redeem points. Please also ensure that you are 16 years old or older to become The 1 member.

5.   Will I receive a membership card after registration?
The 1 is a digital loyalty program therefore no physical membership card will be issued. All program benefits can be enjoyed through our mobile application and in store using digital membership ID and mobile phone number.

6.   How do I earn points?
You earn The 1 point for every 200 VND purchase of participating items at GO!, go! and Tops Market. Simply verify your membership at checkout using one of following methods:
·         Show your membership QR code on GO! Application
·         Provide your registered mobile phone number
For online purchases, simply sign-in to GO! mobile application with your The 1 account and earn points automatically when your order is completed.

7.   How can I redeem my points?
Points can be redeemed for a variety of rewards, including discounts on products, exclusive merchandise, or e-Cash Vouchers that can be used for future purchases. You can also use points to pay for your purchases on our supported channels. Points redemptions are subject to a minimum points threshold of 10,000 points. 1 point has an equivalent value of 1 VND.

8.   Can I combine points from different purchases?
Yes, points from all purchases at Central Retail participating brands will accumulate in your The 1 account.

9. How do I check my points balance?
You can check your points balance by logging in to your account on GO! App or the receipt of your purchase.

10.  Do my points expire?
Yes, points will expire on the last day of 12th month since the earning date. You can check the expiry date of your point balance by logging into your online account on GO! App.

Your membership will never expire. However, the Company reserves the right to cancel membership should the program terms and conditions are breached.

12.  Can I share my membership with my family or friends?
Membership accounts can be easily registered, they are individual and should not be shared.  Furthermore, having individual accounts will result in multiple member benefits for that family, rather than just one.

13.  How do I update my account information?
You can update your personal information by logging into your account on GO! App.
