Hai Phong is a young agricultural unit located in Bac Ninh province. Starting as a mechanical engineer at Samsung, in 2015, he decided to pursue a career in farming.

- Recognizing the economic potential of asparagus and the limited number of asparagus farming units at that time, Hai Phong started with an initial area of 3 hectares for asparagus cultivation. Currently, Hai Phong has grown significantly with 17 hectares of main asparagus cultivation in Bac Ninh, focusing on various products such as watermelon, carrots, cabbage, potatoes, asparagus, lettuce, and leafy greens.
- Moreover, Hai Phong also owns over 12 hectares of seasonal farming and processing land in Lao Cai province, specializing in products such as scallions, cabbage, potatoes, and carrots. The total annual output of Hai Phong is about 700-1000 tons.
- Mr.Hai, a mechanical engineer, realized after working as a specialist at a large electronics corporation that it was no longer suitable for him and desired a change. Agriculture came to him like fate, making him deeply passionate about it. He improved the automatic watering system, self-experimented with advanced nutrient systems, and developed an advanced hydroponic cultivation system.
