Program 1: Cashback offer

Program period: 01/06/2019 -  25/07/2019 or earlier in case the program budget runs out.

Program offer: Get a cashback of 10% for all valid transactions when shopping at GO! My Tho supermarket and using SeABank international card to make payments at SeABank POS. The maximum cashback amount is VND 100,000 per cardholder.

Subjects of application: Applicable to all primary and supplementary international SeABank cards which are active at SeABank during the application period.

Scope of application: GO! My Tho supermarkets nationwide.



 

Terms and conditions:

• Unlimited number of cashback times during the program period.

• The maximum cashback is VND 100,000/card holder during the program period

• The list of eligible customers is made at the end of each week.

• The cashback is credited to the customers’ accounts no later than 14 days right after the list of eligible customers is made.

• The cashback is credited to the customer’s current account or credit limit depending on the type of card they use to make payment at GO! My Tho.

• Applicable to all purchase transactions which are made successfully at SeABank POS at all GO! My Tho supermarkets.

• Purchase transactions spent for the Grocery Category with SeABank cards at SeABank POS.

• Purchase transactions are valid if they are successfully posted into the card management system W4 and core banking system T24 of SeABank.

• Customers are supposed to pay all extra charges regarding purchasing goods and services by SeABank card at GO! My Tho supermarkets.

• Cashback order: Customers whose qualified payments are first will be prioritized, depending on the order of card payment occurrence.

• The offer may be ended sooner due to the limit budget.

Program 2: Voucher offer

Get a VND 1,000,000 shopping voucher

Program period: 20/06/2019 -  25/07/2019 or earlier in case the program budget runs out.

Subjects of application: Applicable to all primary and supplementary international SeABank cards (including GO! My Tho cards) which are active at SeABank during the application period.

Terms and conditions:

• Any customer receiving the cashback from Program 1 are still eligible for Program 2.

• Each cardholder receives 01 voucher during the program period.
   

Procedure

• Program 01:

  • Step 1: Customer makes a successful transaction at GO! My Tho by SeABank card at SeABank POS.

  • Step 2: SeABank refunds the cashback to eligible customers in accordance with the terms and conditions.

• Program 02:

  • Step 1: Customer makes a successful transaction at GO! My Thoby SeABank card at SeABank POS.

  • Step 2: SeABank prepares and sends GO! My Tho the shortlist of eligible customers no later than 03 (three) working days after the program ends on 25/7/2019.

  • Step 3: GO! My Tho transfers 50 vouchers to SeABank within 05 (five) working days after the shortlist of eligible customers is sent to GO! My Tho by email.

  • Step 4: SeABank contacts eligible customers and rewards them vouchers within 30 working days after 25/07/2019.
