MS. PHAM THI THU CUC HAS FOUND HER WAY TO VEGETABLE FARMING AS A DESTINED ENCOUNTER
Ms. Pham Thi Thu Cuc has found her way to vegetable farming as a destined encounter, previously being a teacher.

- With the saying "Why let vegetables stay dirty and society worry," she nurtured the intention of building a clean vegetable garden for the community.
- The Bach Cuc Flower Forest Company was established in 2010, with the majority of its employees being local residents in the area. Initially, vegetable cultivation took place on the ground, but since 2015, when hydroponic farming methods were introduced, Ms. Cuc was one of the first farmers in Da Lat to switch to this hydroponic farming model.
- In 2014, GO! & Big C collaborated with Ms. Cuc through the SMEs program. Over the years, her small vegetable garden has transformed into a modern farm, specializing in providing Spices and hydroponic vegetables according to VietGAP standards. Despite its modest size of 1.8 hectares, the vegetable garden supplies 180 tons of products annually, including 55 tons of hydroponic salads for Central Retail Vietnam's nationwide system.
